Shrink Ray: The brew that creates the You ingredient. Get it by Drain the pot, add one Fairy and one Charmeleon, spawn the bottle, stand on the pot, and drink. Use it to Make a You potion for the fat goblin and for the boxing-glove bridge.
The shrink used to turn yourself into an ingredient. Drink it while standing on a drained cauldron. A second note says you can jump into the water and drink there.

Drain the pot, add one Fairy and one Charmeleon, spawn the bottle, stand on the pot, and drink.

Click Reset on the brewing interface. That clears giant limbs, flight, ragdoll, and other body changes. Drain only empties the cauldron. It does not restore your avatar.
Holding an ingredient is not enough. Teleport to your cauldron and drop the item into the pot. After that it stays on your table for later sessions.
No working code is confirmed, and reports disagree about whether a redeem box exists. Gems still come from Oz, Glinda, login rewards, and the rare Mr. MEGARich kill. See the codes page before you trust a circulated string.
The first Cyclops Eye you hand Oz awards the Robux ingredient. Later turn-ins pay 20 gems, once per day. A second eye on the same day does not pay again.
