How to play Wacky Wizards

Learn the cauldron buttons, the six starter ingredients, and the first map pickups that stay on your table.

Wacky Wizards puts you at a personal cauldron in a shared server of up to 28 players. You pick up ingredients, drop them in the pot, bottle the mix, and drink or throw it. The Roblox description states the rule that matters most: different combinations make different effects, and more of the same ingredient makes the potion stronger.

What is on the screen

  • Click an ingredient on your table, walk to the cauldron, and click again to drop it in. Names and counts show on the brewing interface.
  • Spawn Potion, on the interface or the cauldron, bottles the mix into your hands.
  • Use the bottle to drink. Drop Item sets the bottle on the ground so someone else can pick it up.
  • Drain empties the pot. Use it before every new recipe. Leftover ingredients change the result.
  • Reset restores your body. Use it after a bad morph, and also before tight parkour. A speed boost makes branch jumps and the chili course much harder.
  • The orange Teleport to Cauldron button returns you from anywhere on the map. Use it the moment you pick up a new ingredient, then drop that ingredient into the pot so it binds to your table.
  • The potion book on the left records discoveries. Badge milestones start at 5 potions and continue through 250.

First six ingredients

A new table holds Fairy, Brain, Rotten Sandwich, Giraffe Hoof, Giant's Ear, and Pool Noodle.

Potion Put in the empty pot What players see
Speedy 1 Giraffe Hoof Faster movement. Extra hooves stack.
Giant 1 Giant's Ear Larger body. Guides report the effect keeps stacking, with a practical cap near 15 ears.
Tiny / Shrink Fairies Smaller body. Spider cave notes use 3 Fairies. A written beginner note also mentions 1 or 2. If you cannot fit, add a third and try again.
Zombie 1 Brain Undead morph.
Noodle 1 Pool Noodle Long floppy arms.

Drink, look at the result, then Reset. That loop is how the potion book fills.

First pickups worth grabbing

These do not need a quest chain. Drop each one into the cauldron before you leave the area.

  1. Charmeleon sits on a low branch by the main trees, behind the Jandel NPC. Players also call it the chameleon.
  2. Dynamite is under the desert train bridge.
  3. Chili is down the dark hole in the sand behind a desert cactus, at the end of the lava parkour. Reset speed first.
  4. Fish is underwater in the lake by the waterfall, in the cave opening behind the coral.
  5. Spider is past a narrow crack in the spider cave. Brew a shrink with 3 Fairies, drink it inside the cave, grab the spider, and teleport home.
  6. Sleepy Bee is in the small hive on the lesser tree near the giant tree. One Sleepy Bee brews the Bee Disguise, which is slow flight.
  7. Bird is in the nest at the top of the giant tree. Climb the branch parkour, or fly up after you have a bee or another flight brew. Reset speed before the climb.

Save rule

If the item is only in your hands, it is not yours yet. Teleport home and drop it in the pot. That is the difference between a one-time pickup and a permanent table ingredient.

Where to go next

Use Speedy, or Bird plus Fish for the Swim potion, to cross the map. Then follow quest ingredients for Beans, Frog, Witches Brew, and the later chains. Fight bosses when a timer hits zero. Spend gems with the prices on gems and the shop.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get my normal body back?

Click Reset on the brewing interface. That clears giant limbs, flight, ragdoll, and other body changes. Drain only empties the cauldron. It does not restore your avatar.

Why did an ingredient disappear after I picked it up?

Holding an ingredient is not enough. Teleport to your cauldron and drop the item into the pot. After that it stays on your table for later sessions.

Is there a free code for gems or beans?

No working code is confirmed, and reports disagree about whether a redeem box exists. Gems still come from Oz, Glinda, login rewards, and the rare Mr. MEGARich kill. See the codes page before you trust a circulated string.

Why did Oz give me an ingredient instead of gems?

The first Cyclops Eye you hand Oz awards the Robux ingredient. Later turn-ins pay 20 gems, once per day. A second eye on the same day does not pay again.
